Jose Martinez-Ponce, 27, of 11 Fort Hill Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and driving without a license.

Edwin Mercado, 23, of 11 Brainard St., #3, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Donald E. Vogel, 38, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.

James M. Connelly, 30, of 93 Sachem St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with failure to drive right, driving with a suspended license, improper use of markers, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.

Peterson Dosina, 19, of 99 Cedar St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, criminal impersonation, driving with a suspended license and driving without lights lit.
