    Groton City

    Michael R. McJunkins, 53, of 461 Bank St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey stop sign.

    Norwich

    Kristian Sneddon, 22, of 19 Pembroke Ave. was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order and interfering with police.

    Christopher L. Deveau, 44, of 365 Hamilton Ave., Apt. 5B, was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

    Twonne Davis, 49, of 27 W. Coit St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    Snehal B. Patel, 39, of Plainfield was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Victoria Cummings, 18, of Hobart Avenue, no specific address available, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Stonington

    Cynthia D. Lupo, 69, of 37 Hewitt Road was charged Thursday with assault on public safety personnel.

    Jose E. Risorio, 26, of Plantsville was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State police - Montville

    Luz Minerva Acevedo, 45, of East Hartford was charged Thursday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a child and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Leah Caryl Jesse, 21, of 30 Denison Ave., Mystic, was charged Wednesday in Groton with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Chantell E. Beauchamp, 36, of 73 Sunrise Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with possession of a controlled substance - first offense, and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Randy Albert Judd, 44, of 274 Oxoboxo Dam Road, Montville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Carl Richard Sheppard, 64, of 11 Bolles Court, Waterford, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
