Mustafa Johnson, 29, of no certain address was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, first-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of disorderly conduct and three counts of violation of a protective order.

Troy Grant, 50, of 353 Broad St. was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving without a license.

Nicole Wilcox, 30, of 50 Hickory Lane, Waterford, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Glorimar Rivera, 24, of 80 Maple Ave. was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Israel Diaz Zuniga, 27, of 306 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Friday with driving without a license, interfering with an officer, operating or towing an unregistered vehicle, insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements, failure to display reflectorized plates and misuse of plates.
