Luis A. Rodriguez, Jr., 21, of 36 Main St., Groton, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Jean-Carlos DeJesus-Torres, 26, of New Haven, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

State police — Montville

Joseph M. Wilson, 44, of 245 Taftville Occcum Road, No. 6, Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville with risk of injury to a child, first-degree harassment, and violation of probation.

Gerard  A. Manchal, 26, of New York, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, simple trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

Juan F. Rivas, 44, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, simple trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

Waterford

Rolando Hernandez, 25, of 13 Yorkshire Drive, was charged Monday with failure to display reflectorized safety number plate, driving or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, and driving with a suspended license.

Bryan Brouillard, 43, of 11 Wilcox Court, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and criminal possession of firearm/electronic defense weapon.
