    New London Police issue silver alert for missing child

    New London — Police have issued a silver alert for a missing 15-year-old girl who is classified as an endangered runaway.

    Police said Aliza Coons has been missing from New London since Friday.

    Police said she was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, black pants and slides. Police said she has black hair and brown eyes and is 5'7" and 160 pounds.

    Police ask anyone with information to contact the New London Police Department at (860) 447-5269.
