David Diaz, 27, of 15 Brainard St., New London, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
Hyssan Malik Foster-Carney, 27, of 1 S. B St., Taftville, was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Pauline Andruskiewicz, 62, of 68 Cooktown Road, Preston, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.
