Norwich police: victim hit in the face with beer bottle

Norwich — Police said a victim sustained "significant facial trauma" after being struck in the face with a beer bottle during a disturbance in the ArtSpace Norwich apartments parking lot.

Police said they are continuing to investigate who the perpetrator or perpetrators are.

Police also said it is an isolated incident and "public safety is not at risk."
