Alex Peterson, 28, of 240 Hempstead St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
Donovan Baker, 27, of 237 Ledyard St. was charged Sunday with interfering with police, first-degree failure to appear in court, breach of peace and seven counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
