Gladstone Griffiths, 39, of Hartford was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jermel Jacklin, 41, of 61 Union St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.

Cassie Wheeler, 27, of 30 Tower Ave. Apt. 1A, Groton, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to payable violation.

James Ross, 36, of 130 Noble Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged May 18 in Montville with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Jeffrey A. Waddilove, 58, of Lebanon was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kevin Biondo, 18, of 183 Cove Road was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer, assault on public safety personnel, breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Thomas Shaffer, 26, of Griswold was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lawrence Facchini, 38, of 142A Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and interfering with an officer: non-assaultive.
