    East Lyme

    Lester Fantauzzi, 55, of 11 King Arthur Drive, 1G, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

    Norwich

    Armstrong Alcius, 22, of 23A Fifth Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Craig K. Ponder, 56, of 99 Cedar St., A2, was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count each of first-degree failure to appear in court and criminal violation of a protective order.

    Jessica L. Cook, 32, of 61 Donahue Drive was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in a proper lane.

    Shayante C. Brewer-Knight, 29, of Jewett City was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Tyler R. Manley, 43, of 9 Norman Road was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to a minor.

    State police - Montville

    Melvin Simmons, 31, of Tilton, N.H., was charged Thursday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Elias Jamison, 28, incarcerated at Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center, was charged Tuesday in Montville with illegal possession of narcotic and unauthorized conveyance of a letter to or from a correctional institution.

    Brent Fontaine, 33, of Lisbon was charged Tuesday in Montville with violation of protective order.

    Stanley Najduch, 43, of 106 Branch Hill Road, Preston, was charged Tuesday in Voluntown with failure to keep narcotic in original container, use of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell or dispense narcotics and possession of a controlled substance - first offense.

    Juan Almonte, 31, of 71 Courtland Drive, Groton, was charged Monday in Groton with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Raymond Jones, 69, of 281 E6 Gardner Ave., New London, was charged June 2 in North Stonington with fourth-degree larceny.
