Todd Symecco, 57, of 9 Over Brook Road was charged Wednesday with driving without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and possession of drug paraphernalia.
New London
Robert Brown, 59, of 70 Mountain Ave. was charged Monday with first-degree trespass.
Harry Cruz, 26, of 82 Sunset St., Waterford, was charged Sunday with violation of protective order.
Ryan O'Callaghan, 31, of 65 Blydenburg Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Sunday with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.
State police - Montville
Mahmoud O. Ahmad-Alghanem, 41, of Corrigan-Radgowski Corrections Center, Montville, was charged Thursday in Montville with violation of a protective order.
Norwich
Amy L. Wiese, 43, of 44 Norwich Ave., Apt. 38, was charged June 16 with two counts each of unauthorized possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell and one count of sale of narcotics.
Donald B. Mitchell, 65, of 707 Colman St., New London, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation and first-degree failure to appear in court.
Stonington
Kyron B. Mixon, 20, of Westerly, was charged Wednesday with violation of a criminal restraining order.
Waterford
Ethan Cook, 22, of Lebanon was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
