Keyla Badillo, 34, of 72 Connecticut Ave., No. 3, New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Pedro Camacho, 37, of 74 West St. was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree threatening and two counts of disorderly conduct.

James E. Bowers, 58, of 197 Brandegee Ave. was charged June 18 with second-degree breach of peace.
