Built in 1972, the four-bedroom Mid-Century Modern home at 41 Jericho Drive in Old Lyme is now offered to the market for $575,000. Coldwell Banker Realtor Martha Quaratella is the listing agent. She took time out to answer a few questions about the distinctive property.
