2022 Best of Readers' Choice Awards
Welcome to Best of the Best - recognizing the BEST people, places and businesses in southeastern Connecticut!
The nominations have been tallied - this year, over 46,500 nominations were cast during the first round of the contest.
The top 5 nomination getters in each category have moved on to the voting phase. Voting is open May 15 - June 5 (at 11:59 pm).
After voting closes we will announce the top 3 finalists in each category and celebrate the winners at an invitation-only event and in a special edition of The Day Magazine publishing September 4 in home delivery editions of The Day (and online).
2022 Contest Dates
Nominations open: March 13 - April 3 (at 11:59 pm)
Voting open: May 15 - June 5 (at 11:59 pm)
Winner announcement: September 4 in The Day Magazine.
How to casts your votes:
1. Choose a category [i.e.: Food & Dining]
2. Select a subcategory [i.e.: Brunch]
3. Click "vote" next to the entry you wish you vote for (then complete the registration form - you will only need to complete this form when you cast your first vote).
Users can vote for their favorites once per day per category during this round!
