Connecticut Sun Skills Clinics — The Connecticut Sun will be hosting four skills clinics. They feature high-level coaching and instruction for children in grades 2-8. Two of the clinics are at the Groton Community Center on Fort Hill Road. They are on Jan. 16 and Feb. 20: Session 1 for grades 3-5 from 9-10:15 a.m.; Session 2 for grades 6-8 from 10:30-11:45 a.m. The Groton sessions are co-ed. The other two clinics are at Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden and are just for girls. They are also on Jan. 16 and Feb. 20. GOLF

East Lyme Lacrosse Association registration — The East Lyme Lacrosse Association has opened its web-based registration for the spring season.
