Ledyard — Kieara Kirvan scored 16 points as Ledyard topped Fitch 57-53 in a girls’ basketball game on Tuesday night.

Adrianna Hardison added 13 points and Helen Robinson had 10 rebounds for the Colonels (8-6), who have won eight of their last nine games.

Gabby Dimock had 22 points for the Falcons (9-4) and Mariette El Khoury scored 14.

• Serenity Lancaster had 29 points, 17 rebounds and seven blocks as New London downed Windham 64-30. Nalyce Dudley had 29 points, 12 rebounds and four steals, Nyarah Dudley had six points, 11 rebounds and three steals and Ky-Ani Allgood scored 10 with two blocks for the Whalers (9-4).

• Marissa Nudd had 17 points, including two free throws to ice the game with 29 seconds remaining, as unbeaten Bacon Academy rallied to beat Rocky Hill 51-45. Bacon (15-0) trailed 28-19 at halftime. Katelyn Novak had nine points, eight rebounds, six steals, five blocks and four assists, Alannah Baehr scored nine and Nudd added eight rebounds and three steals for the Bobcats. Katie Harding scored 21 for the Terriers.

• Emily Orcutt had 16 points to pace Norwich Free Academy past Waterford 46-41. Nevaeh Yorke scored 10 for NFA (6-8). Lucy Walker had 16 points and nine rebounds, Julia Knowles had 11 points and five rebounds and Ava Lee scored eight for the Lancers (4-8).

• Rory Risley scored 16 points as Stonington downed Wheeler 63-30. Katelyn Cadmus had 12 points for Stonington (4-9). Makayla Delzer and Marissa Perkins both scored six for the Lions (3-8).

• Emily St. Martin had 15 points for Putnam in its 48-40 win over Montville. Jada Cheung scored 26 for Montville (1-11).

• Baylee Miller scored 10 points for Windham Tech in its 45-20 win over Norwich Tech in a Connecticut Technical Conference Charter Oak East Division game. Baylee Miller had nine points for Norwich Tech (4-8, 2-2).

Boys’ basketball

• James Green and Peyton Luther scored 16 points apiece as Ledyard won its first game of the season, 62-54, over East Lyme. Liam Stalbush had 13 points for Ledyard (1-11). The Vikings are 4-8.

• Devan Williams had 25 points and SaVahn Warren added 23 points as New London beat Waterford 67-62. Da’Shaun Phillips scored nine for New London (9-2). Juan Morel Jr. had 18 points and 15 rebounds, Nate Hynes had 14 points and five assists and Evan Piotrowski scored 13 for the Lancers (5-9). Logan Peabody added 11 points and four steals.

• Tony Williams (19 points, eight assists) was one of four NFA players to score in double figures in its 77-54 win over Fitch. Edwin Santana had 17 points, Camron Barboza had 14 points and Eshaad Hernandez scored 12 for the Wildcats (5-7). Also, Amanee Davis had seven assists. Zander Timmerman had 14 points, Van Spruill had 13 points and JJ Robinson scored 12 for the Falcons (9-3).

• Jeff Souvenance had 13 points and nine rebounds as Griswold topped Lyman Memorial 80-47. Christian Russell scored 16, Tommy Mattson 15 and Evan Merchant 10 for Griswold (11-2). Jaiden Lopez had 19 points for the Bulldogs (8-5) and Kevin Botticello scored 17.

• Old Lyme snapped a five-game losing streak with a 77-62 win over East Hampton in the Shoreline Conference. Leland Hine scored 22 points to lead the Wildcats (4-7, 4-6) while Alex Olsen added 16, nine in the fourth quarter, and Calvin Monte finished with 12.

• Grasso Tech outscored Ellis Tech 24-13 in the first quarter and cruised to a 66-43 win in the CTC Charter Oak East Division. Charis Johnson led the Eagles (3-8, 3-1) with 22 points and Caleb Brennan added 15.

• Windham Tech rolled to a 92-73 win over Norwich Tech in the CTC Charter Oak East Division. Josh Hanks had 25 points, six rebounds and three assists to lead the Warriors (3-9, 1-3) while Jack Gahrman scored 17 points and Bradley Saint Louis had 12 points, eight rebounds and five assists.

Women’s basketball

• Jaycie Rojik made 8-of-10 field goals and scored 21 with six rebounds as Connecticut College beat Mitchell College 64-53. Catie Donadio had 12 points, six rebounds and four assists and two blocks for Conn (5-11) and Aislinn McMahon added 11 points and five rebounds. Dede Stevenson had 22 points and two steals, Amina Wiley had 10 points, seven rebounds and five steals and Sam McKenna had 12 points and six steals for the Mariners (9-8).

Women’s hockey

• Grace Schnorr had two goals and an assist to pace SUNY Courtland past Conn College, 4-0. Eun-Bee Huh had nine saves for Conn (8-7).

College honors

• Conn College senior Tadeusz Trzewik-Quinn was named New England Small College Athletic Conference Performer of the Week in men’s swimming and diving. Trzewik-Quinn swam three personal best in the Camels’ 143-137 win over Amherst. He won the 200-yard individual medley in 1:56.6 while placing third in the 200 breaststroke (2:13.24) and fourth in the 200 freestyle (1:46.52).
