Groton Regional Theatre holds auditions for Mother’s Day Plays

Groton Regional Theatre (GRT) will hold auditions for its Mother's Day show "Mom's the Word: A Theatrical Toast to Mothers" 7-9:30 p.m. Tuesday and 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the “Thrive 55+ Active Living Center” at 102 Newtown Road (Route 117) in Groton.

There will be eight short plays with many roles available. There is no need to prepare a monologue; sides will be provided at the audition.

The performances will be at 7:30 p.m. May 17 and 18 and 2 p.m. May 19, also at the “Thrive 55+ Active Living Center.”
