East Lyme High School's Chris Abbey, Sam Whittaker and Noah Barnhart finished 1-2-3 in the Eastern Connecticut Conference boys' cross country championship Thursday at Norwich Golf Club, lifting the Vikings to the team title with 35 points. Bacon freshman Jordan Malloy won the girls' race in 20:25, giving her the victory over defending champion Mady Whittaker of Montville (20:29).
