Explosion targets Israeli tourists in Bulgaria

SOFIA, Bulgaria (AP) — Witnesses say a bus carrying Israeli tourists in a Bulgarian tourist resort has exploded. Israeli media report that 3 people have been killed in the blast.
Bulgarian police would only say Wednesday that the bus caught fire at the airport in the Black Sea city of Burgas. They declined to comment on reports of casualties.
The witnesses were speaking to Israel's Channel 2 TV. They said that someone boarded the bus and a huge explosion immediately followed.
The bus was full of Israeli youth. Images showed smoke willowing from a pair of buses near the airport the resort.
