Norwich Arts Center hosts the sounds of Motown

Motown Magic 2 will perform hits from the 1960s through the 1980s on Jan. 5 and 6 at the Norwich Arts Center.

It's a seven-piece band featuring Joe Grieco, Nichelle Rollins and Robin Vilchez on vocals. Songs include chart-toppers by Motown artists Martha and the Vandellas, Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Jackson Five and The Supremes and from soul artists on other labels like Gladys Knight and the Pips, the Chi-Lites and the Spinners.

The shows are at 8 p.m. Jan. 5 and 6. Admission is $25, $23 for seniors, students and military, and $22 for Norwich Arts Center members. Tickets are available now at the Norwich Arts Center, 60-64 Broadway, Norwich. Call (860) 887-2789 or visit www.norwicharts.org.
