Brooke L. Callinan, 28, of New Britain, was charged Thursday with two counts of possession of narcotics, resisting arrest and failure to appear in court.

Gerardo Benavidez-Romero, 20, of 645 Long Cove Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane and driving without a license.

Lucion Garland, 63, of 56 Harris Road Ext., Salem, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right-of-way.

Joshua Whyte, 35, of 98 Georgia St., Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Draven K. Johnson, 28, of 22 Chappell St., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Bridget Karvelis, 45, of 25 Tilley St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.

Karen Brown, 39, of 13 Archer Court, Apt. 2, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

Eleni A. Vourtsis, 58, of 26 Rosemary St., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Nathaniel E. Sutera, 45, of 19 George Road, Oakdale, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer and tampering with evidence.

Jonathan Sutera, 48, of 966 Hartford Turnpike, Waterford, was charged Friday with possession of powdered cocaine.

Matthew Biekert, 21, of 30 Old Colony Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with failure to drive right and evading responsibility.

Raymond Carbonneau, 50, of Canterbury, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to wear a safety belt, making an improper turn and failure to have auxiliary lights on a highway maintenance vehicle.

Lawrence Sheppard, 25, in custody at the Corrigan Correctional Facility, was charged Friday with assault on a correctional officer and disorderly conduct.

Jesse Matarazzo, 19, of 5 Coult Lane, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday in Niantic with second-degree larceny.

Jamar Sullivan, 25, in custody at the Corrigan Correctional Facility, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

Eric J. Gooden, 23, in custody at the Corrigan Correctional Facility, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and failure to submit to fingerprints.

Stonington

Erica S. Brown, 25, of 8 Osprey Lane, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast for conditions.

Waterford

Benjamin Perry, 24, of 41 Miner Ave., was charged Wednesday with interfering with an emergency call, third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Joseph Foote, 29, of 36 Morse Ave., Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.
