Groton Town

Charles Gilman, 49, of 33 Palmer Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

New London

Benjamin Stavens, 21, of 61 Maple Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with third-degree assault, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Carlos E. Davila, 26, of 575 Bank St., Unit 302, was charged Friday with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of heroin with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas T. Nieves, 22, of 875 Bank St., 2nd floor, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer.

Eric J. Malloy, 48, of 101 Colman St., was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

Valerie J. Irwin, 36, of 25 Tilley St., Apt. 4, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

Joanne Lucet, 46, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Tyron W. Stone, 29, of 245 Benham Road, Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Gabriel Morales, 27, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A82, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Eugene S. Watterson, 68, of 242 Oxoboxo Cross Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lights lit.

Robert L. Smith, 53, of 30 Cindy Lane, Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to use a turn signal.

Brian Ash, 31, of 62 Jay St., Room 8, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jonathan J. Mendonca, 44, of 19 Jay St., was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Chuma Hart, 26, of 403 E. Main St., was charged Friday with breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Christi Lee Sward, 49, of 102 Fair Acres Circle, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Colleen Frances, 47, of 45 Sisk Drive, was charged Thursday with unsafe backing, evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Collyns Fong, 25, 48 Reed St., New London, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Manuel Cabeleira, 27, of Dartmouth, Mass., was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Lawrence Perkins, 53, of 62 Old Colchester Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
