    Acissette J. Gonzalez, 18, of 37 Laurel St., was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree assault.

    David W. Rice, 68, of 236 Thames St., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive upon right.

    Norwich

    Monica A. Herbert, 38, of Lebanon, was charged Thursday with unsafe backing and evading.

    Mariana L. Ayala, 36, of 49 Boswell Ave., A, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Yamilette Vega, 35, of 160 Prospect (Greenville) St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Candida M. Santos, 42, of 120 Cliff St., Front, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State Police ― Montville

    Andrew Mongeon, 37, of Killingly, was charged Thursday in Norwich with possession of a stolen vehicle, criminal impersonation, second-degree reckless endangerment, interfering with an officer, reckless driving, evading responsibility, and driving without a license.

    Alan Frazier, 43, of Griswold, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer/resisting and disorderly conduct.

    Thomas J. Coolbeth, 55, of Sprague, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with operating/parking an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Shiquel R. Pires-Dunn, 30, of Sprague, was charged Wednesday in Sprague with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

    John J. York, 45, of Willimantic, was charged Monday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Waterford

    Scott Stewart, 34, of 93 School St., Norwich, was charged Friday with operation of motor vehicle when license is refused/suspended/revoked, traveling unreasonably fast/fast for conditions, and failure to display/return/improper use/obstruct/damage plates.
