Groton Town

Kathy V. Gibson, 50, of West Haven, was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny.

Denise M. Curtiss, 43, of 59 Depot Road, was charged Aug. 15 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Brian A. Hebert, 34, of 105 Elderkin Ave., was charged Aug. 16 with interfering with an officer, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Timothy Fowler, 47, of 164 Plain Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

New London

Raul Melendez, 40, of 294 Colman St., was charged Tuesday with stop sign violation and driving with a suspended license.


Shaun Elgin, 27, of 4 South A St., was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

State Police - Montville

Matthew Roohr, 54, of 65 Fowler Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with evading responsibility and failure to grant right of way.

Dale Oullette, 51, of 634 Hopeville Road, Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with second-degree failure to appear in court.


Eric Donovan, 24, of 16 Woodbine St. was charged Monday with evading responsibility, failure to carry proper insurance, failure to respond to an infraction and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Ryan Bailey, 21, of 202 Colman St., New London, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.
