Groton City

Shawn E. Oleary, 40, of Thames St. was charged Wednesday with weapons in a motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Groton Town

Gary F. Burgess, 47, of 91 Buddington Road, Lot 109, was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christina G. Torres, 20, of 978 Bank St., New London, was charged Sept. 15 with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

New London

Jared K. Hastings, 21, of 57 Myrock Ave., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with three counts of driving with a suspended license.

Jane Hebert, 20, of Dixfield, Maine, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and misrepresenting age to procure liquor.

Edmund E. Beckwith, 19, of Dedham, Mass., was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and misrepresenting age to procure liquor.

Kaleigh C. Tierney, 19, of Burlington was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and misrepresenting age to procure liquor.

Phillip H. Anderson, 38, of 17 Flyer Drive, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Norwich

Wakeil Hendrickson, 24, of 51 Division St. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree threatening.

Harry Jarrow, 51, of 366 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving unreasonably fast and unsafe move from a stop.

Justin Scala, 26, of Versailles was charged Tuesday with second-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Tammie Brandon, 51, of York Correctional Institution was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with third-degree assault.

Wayne Falco, 21, of 68 Haley Meadow Road, Griswold, was charged Monday in Griswold with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Danny Candales, 42, of Lisbon was charged Monday in North Stonington with breach of peace and criminal violation of a protective order.

Gwendolyn Williams, 62, of 1333 Baldwin Hill Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday in Gales Ferry with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Stonington

Steven J. Mancini, 21, of 4A Bobolink Drive, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, criminal violation of a protective order, interfering with an emergency call, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Waterford

Laurie Neira, 47, of 13 B Archer St., New London, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

John Cartagena-Torres, 32, of 93 State Pier Road, New London, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.
