Brittany Ann Spera, 25, of 16 Colonial Drive was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, speeding, stop sign violation and failing to carry minimum insurance.

Jennifer J. Ross, 29, of 57 South Road, Unit 2A, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Peter N. Ilnitzki, 43, of 9A Apache Drive, Westerly, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Jack Dely, 24, of 18 Oakwood Knoll, Norwich, was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer.

Vasilios Dervos, 36, of 98 Montauk Ave. was charged Saturday with possession of a hallucinogen.

Marlow Bideham, 34, of 19 Jay St. was charged Saturday with third-degree robbery, second-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace.

Marilyn Rosario, 53, of Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

Yasmin Santiago, 21, of 64 Dell Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

Jamar Mahatha, 23, of 31 Penobscot St. was charged Friday with possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.

Lori Perry, 46, of 204 Scotland Road was charged Friday with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving with a suspended license or registration and evading responsibility.

Waterford

Donald Gayton, 70, of 10 James Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failing to have reflectors or lighting devices of the proper color.
