Bethany P. Roselle, 26,of 25 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny.

Souhail S. Elkhoury, 57, Greenville, R.I., was charged Wednesday with two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of distributing a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school and illegal sale of a controlled substance.

Linwood Vinson Jr. of 8 Davis Farm Way was charged Thursday with failure to obey a stop sign, using a cellphone while driving and driving with a suspended license.

Jesse Brown, 59, of 103 Laurel Drive was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer and second-degree threatening.

Rasheem Hall, 27, of 25 Perry St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and two counts of assault on a police officer.

Javier Soto-Jimenez, 22, of 1 Farnsworth St. was charged Wednesday with sale of cocaine and conspiracy to sell cocaine.

Andre Gilbert, 42, of 45 Vauxhall St. was charged Wednesday with sale of free base cocaine, possession of free base cocaine and conspiracy to sell free base cocaine.

Gilberto Valentino-Sanchez, 52, of Kent was charged Wednesday with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

Dorothy Speer, 35, of 23 Belden Court, Unit 2, was charged Wednesday with two counts of criminal attempt to possess narcotics.

Edith Bodillo, 50, of 28 Reed St. was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer.

Arnaldo Nazario, 58, of 169 Ocean Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

Benjamin Nazario, 32, of 169 Ocean Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Yan Carlos Sanchez, 19, of 24 Cedar Grove Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.

Ramon Hernandez-Perez, 52, of 24 Cedar Grove Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of a stolen firearm.

Tanesha N. Wiggins, 41, of 13 Hobron St., Unit 3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening and violation of a protective order.

Sberth Jerome, 27, of 99 Cedar St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Lauren Silva, 26, of 496 Cow Hill Road, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with first-degree money laundering.
