Whenever our sainted neighbor Jan returns to Maine on family visits, she's always thoughtful enough to bring us back a jar of Raye's Mustard. The titular Raye and his coven of mustard-brujos conjure several varieties ranging from Maple Horseradish, Heavenly Jalapeno and Lemon Pepper to Fall Harvest (with cranberries!), Garlic Honey Wine and a wonderful recipe that mixes the house stone ground mustard with Maine's Sea Dog Beer. And many more! Since Jan isn't your neighbor, you can find Raye's products at Holmberg Orchards in Gales Ferry, any Whole Foods location, and Way Out West in Middletown.
