    Joshua L. Rippe, 51, of 2350 Gold Star Highway, Apt. 20, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Christopher L. Whittle, 36, of 229 Blood St., Lyme, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.

    Erec R. Betchley, 49, of 152 Military Highway, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Angel M. Gonzalez Jr., 41, of 140 Walker Hill Road was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call.

    Meghan C. Argenta, 28, of Windsor, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    De'sharra Holeman, 35, of 32 Terrace Avenue, Taftville, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.Norwich

    Marcia Lopez, 50, of 53 W. Thames St., was charged Saturday with cruelty to animals and failure to license a dog.

    Christopher Martino, 27, of 6 Beech Drive, unit 5, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jessica Fish, 27, of 6 Beech Drive, unit 5, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Joshua R. Meng, 22, of 1355 Old Colchester Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brian K. Lewis, 34, of 6 Marcia Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with threatening and second-degree harassment.

    Taz A. Benoit, 21, of 23 Garden St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with violation of probation.

    Jonathan Golart, 27, of 26 Wilmot Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving a motor vehicle with registration or license refused/suspended/revoked, driving without minimum insurance and failure to display plates.

    Stephen Raffuse, 31, of Chester, was charged Saturday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Debbie St. Denis, 54, of 16 Woodlawn Avenue was charged Friday with failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Melissa Morrell, 26, of 351 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving with a suspended license.
