    Norwich police say man with gun threatened Baltic Street residents

    Norwich - A city man was arrested Friday night after a report of a male threatening people with a handgun at 8 East Baltic St.Police said they received a call at around 8:10 p.m. Responding officers stopped a male exiting the residence where the incident allegedly occurred. Police said the man was in possession of a stolen handgun, marijuana packaged for sale and cash.Police charged David D. Holland, 24, of 66 Elizabeth St., Norwich, with criminal use of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, theft of a firearm, criminal violation of a protective order, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, threatening, and first degree reckless endangerment.Holland was held in lieu of a $100,000 cash/surety bond, pending his arraignment Monday in G.A. 21 Norwich Superior Court.
