Daniel G. Gibson, 32, of 36 Cottage St. was charged Tuesday with driving unreasonably fast, failure to signal properly, driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
John F. Smith, 66, of 10 Ann St., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with fugitive from justice, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, drinking while driving and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Cory Michael Maggs, 25, of 98 W. Broad St., No. 32, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
