Heather Solomonson, 43, of 36 Nathan Hale Road was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have headlamps lit, failure to obey a traffic control signal, failure to carry registration and failure to carry insurance.
Shane M. Maurice, 36, no address available was charged Tuesday with second-degree larceny.
Dean Barr, 44, of Voluntown was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
State Police - Colchester
Robert Neilson, 65, of 680 Old Colchester Road, Montville, was charged Dec. 28 in Salem with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while driving and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Kevin B. Langway, 41, of 98 Mill Lane, Salem, was charged Dec. 27 in Colchester with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, unlawful restraint, third-degree criminal mischief and strangulation.
Mark Dickson, 30, of 133 Music Vale Road, Salem, was charged Dec. 26 in Colchester with breach of peace, following too closely and improper use of high beams.
Darryl Shukis, 54, of 103H Horsepond Road, Salem, was charged Dec. 26 in Norwich with failure to appear in court.
Robert Korak, 62, of East Hartford was charged Dec. 23 in Norwich with harassment and criminal violation of a protective order.
Jason Bort, 32, of 317 Fitchville Road, Bozrah, was charged on Dec. 21 in Norwich with third-degree assault, third-degree robbery and fifth-degree larceny.
Nikita T. Eaton, 31, of 45 Merchants Ave., Taftville, was charged Dec. 16 in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.
Christopher Ryan, 39, of 145 Witter Road, Salem, was charged Dec. 13 in Colchester with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

James Strozeski, 25, of Voluntown, was charged Monday in Griswold with second-degree failure to appear in court.
