Biotech meeting is Thursday at UConn in Farmington

Scientists interested in the Connecticut Bioscience Innovation Fund and Entrepreneur Innovation Awards are invited at 9 a.m. Thursday to attend an information session at the University of Connecticut Health Center's Cell and Genome Sciences Building in Farmington.

Jeremy Crisp, vice president and chief innovation officer of Connecticut Innovations, will run through funding opportunities for biotech startups, while Mary Anne Rooke, executive in residence at CI, will outline CTNext's awards program.
