Carnell Preston, 47, of 531 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged April 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

Charles Satti, 33, of 1049 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 1, was charged April 28 with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

David Velez, 41, of West Hartford, was charged Tuesday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized sale of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

Daniel Thomas, 43, of 193 Gallup Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear.

Richard Paul Jr., 61, of 122 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear.

Carl Brandon, 51, of 140 Meridian St., was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and criminal violation of a protective order.

Josely Collazo, 34, of 19 Cutler St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Jerrell Jaurdon, 36, of 70 Prospect St., No. 2, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Dylan Miller, 32, of 218 Deepwood Drive, Hebron, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.
