East Lyme

David Kennedy, 44, of 41 Starr Hill Road, Groton, was charged Friday with first-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.

Groton Town

Natalie Baggesen, 25, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and a stop sign violation.

Sonia A. Barros, 33, 15 Adelaide Road, No. A, Norwich, was charged Thursday with prostitution.

New London

Jaclyn Lanata, 32, of Ivory ton was charged Friday with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

Troi L. Goe, 36, of 83 Blackhall St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with breach of peace.


Shelelyamin Downing, 39, of 15 B Hillcrest Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast.

Keondre Rowe, 19, of 72 Merchants Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

Alana Stromer, 20, of 190 Sandy Lane was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Calvin D. Desjardin, 18, of Danielson was charged Friday in Montville with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


Autumn Lynn Noka, 29, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.
