Money is not speech

Amend the U.S. Constitution to declare money is not equal to speech.

We are losing our individual freedom and democracy to a big-money oligarchy. It's bad enough that the Supreme Court has declared, without seeing a birth certificate, that corporations are persons, but now to have added that money is free speech is ridiculous.
