    Supporting recyling helps Earth's survival

Connecticut is on the right path to becoming a cleaner and greener state, however, there is still a lot more to be done. One of those things is to gather public support for the governor's proposed Bill 27: An Act Concerning Connecticut's Recycling and Materials Management Strategy. One of the major things this bill would accomplish would be 60 percent waste diversion by 2024. This would be a huge step towards helping the environment and the air we breathe by reducing the amount of trash burned.

The public should support the bill because it will not only help the Earth and its environment, but it will improve the quality of air that we breathe in. The healthier the Earth is the healthier we will be. So, as a community, we need to support this bill, help the Earth survive as long as possible, and in turn prolong our own survival.
