State police search for missing East Lyme teen

East Lyme - State police are searching for a missing 14-year-old boy who was last seen Friday.

Michael Jewell is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds, according to a state police Silver Alert. He was last seen Friday wearing a T-shirt, shorts and black-and-white sneakers.

Anyone with information about Jewell's whereabouts is asked to contact state Police Troop E in Montville at (860) 848-6500.
