Herman E. Smith III, 37, of 50 George Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license or registration, misuse of markers, failure to have minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Groton Town

Kevin J. Wandzilak, 33, of 14 Godfrey St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Joseph A. Baglini, 29, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Saturday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Jeremy Baxter, 39, of 32 Long Pond Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with first-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Melissa Connors, 46, of 62 Jay St. was charged Sunday with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jocelyn San Antonio-Rodriguez, 22, of 4 Pacific St. was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, reckless driving, first-degree criminal mischief and illegal possession of narcotics.

Mark Bishop, 35, of 80 Holly Drive, Uncasville, was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Ryan L. Barberi, 26, of 95 Clark Lane, Waterford, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and and violation of probation.

David E. Sasman, 50, of 11 Clifton St., Waterford, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich

James Strozeski, 26, of 90 Latham Drive, Griswold, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Steven Duerr, 43, of Middletown was charged Sunday in East Lyme with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Peter Bartnikowski, 45, of 41 Henry St., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Montville with breach of peace.

Stonington

Ariel M. Ternes, 22, of 59 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order, first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Aaron S. Rockholz, 32, of 127 Potter Hill Road, Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Autumn L. Noka, 29, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Jessica L. Brewer, 33, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.
