Casey M. Blanchard, 28, of 44 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with carrying a dangerous weapon.

John C. Banks, 24, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 22, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with carrying a dangerous weapon.

Collyns Fong, 28, of 191 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Monday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Lisa Newsome, 44, of Watertown, Mass., was charged Monday with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.
