Groton Town

Patricia Cirillo, 60, of 57 Crown Knoll Court, #79, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

New London

Stephen Manley, 64, of no known address, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Frances Rodriguez, 22, of 159 Ocean Ave., #3, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Victor Plaza III, 31, of 6 Gorton St., #2 was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Andrew Martin, 29, of 149 Michigan Drive, Groton, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

Norwich

Dennis Ragston, 34, of Zebulon, N.C., was charged Saturday with four counts of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with police.

Stonington

Christopher L. Moore, 34, of 2 White Pine Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended license.

Carlos Sarcia, 41, of Winsted, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Waterford

Jeffrey Pascal, 51, of 6 William St., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jane Holly, 45, of 142 Maple Ave., Montville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
