    Groton City

    John C. Carrasquillo, 32, of 239 Nautilus Drive, Apt. 23, New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    New London

    Anthony Burton, 35, no address available, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Julio Asalde, 42, of 72 Mountain Ave., unit 2, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Norwich

    Kevin Russell, 26, of 93 Church Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and following too close.

    Kevin Gardiner, 35, of Branford, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and assault on a police officer.

    Stephanie Carli, 28, of Branford, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and assault on a police officer.

    Hussani Clyde, 22, of 49 Oakwood Knoll was charged Sunday with possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of heroin with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.

    Ernesto Mejia, 29, of 56 Elizabeth St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license or registration.

    Waterford

    Justin Firmin, 23, of 24 Clifton St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration, driving an unregistered vehicle, improper use of license plates and possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance.

    Sarah Sherbert, 38, of 149 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Elizabeth A. Andrias, 29, of New York, N.Y., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.
