    Groton City

    Mary E. McCoid, 56, of Ivoryton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Groton Town

    Gilberto X. Alvarez, 28, of 46 Crystal Ave B63, New London, was charged Saturday with failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway, failure to carry a license, illegal sale of a controlled substance, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Angela M. Dotolo, 36, of 7 Haswell St., Westerly, R.I., was charged Saturday of driving with a suspended license, improper use of markers and driving without insurance.

    Norwich

    Casey McLaughlin, 27, of 68 Thermos Ave., was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain insurance.

    Blaze Swarr, 27, of 591 Laurel Hill Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Tammy Scovish, 43, of 646 E. Main St., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of a marker or plate, possible stolen plates, failure to maintain insurance, speeding and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    State Police - Montville

    Brenton Funaioli, 28, of P.O. Box 21, New London, was charged Saturday in Preston with evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Stonington

    Molly B. Agnew, 36, of 222 Northwest Corner Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Peter D. Howell, 26, of East Sandwich, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Kristen Griffin, 24, of 44 Franklin St., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christian Owens, 29, of 361 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license-alcohol related and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
