    Groton Town

    Brian K. Gerber, 18, of Ellington, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and possession of alcohol by a minor.

    Benjamin M. Meadows, 20, of 435 High St., #36, Mystic, was charged Saturday with use of drug paraphernalia and criminal attempt to sell narcotics or hallucinogens.

    New London

    Joseph Connors, 35, of 6 Birmingham Court, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic signal.

    Constantine Simones, 21, of 212 Bayonet St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Ulyses Blanco III, 34, of 346 Broad St. was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, failure to maintain the proper lane, carrying a dangerous weapon and second-degree threatening.

    Norwich

    Jake DelCastillo, 33, of 79 Taftville Occum Road was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

    State Police - Montville

    Dana E. Kenyon, 41, of 1 North Glenwoods Drive, Ledyard, was charged Saturday in Preston with evading responsibility, unsafe backing, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.

    Alec Stuller, 20, of 70 South Road, Apt. 2, Groton, was charged Saturday in Norwich with breach of peace.

    Stonington

    Jason Gauthier, 31, of 58 Stewart Road, Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Randy Grimes, 44, of 19 Noyes Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace, threatening, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Waterford

    Ronald Weglarz, 53, of 265 Flanders Road, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to have tail lamps, interfering with a police officer and assault on a police officer.
