City of New London lifts parking ban 1:45 p.m. Saturday

The City of New London modified its winter parking restrictions Saturday afternoon. As of 1:45 p.m. today, the restrictions are no longer in effect.

Friday's announcement indicated the parking ban would remain in effect until 3 p.m. Saturday.
