    Police logs -- May 25

    Groton City

    Xavier Aaron, 19, of 34 Cape Ann Court, New London, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny.

    Kristal R. Lis, 25, of 40 Jerome Road, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving with suspended license and speeding.

    Groton Town

    David G. Sater Jr., 35, of 32 Boulder Court, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn and failure to drive right.

    Adriane Vawter, 37, of 31 Bridge St., Montville, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    (Editor's note: Court documents show the state dismissed Adriane Vawter's charge on Nov. 18, 2016, after she completed a diversionary program. She was not convicted of a crime.)

     Alberto E. Colmenares, 34, of 320 Branford Ave. was charged Saturday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

    New London

    Giselle Gonzales, 21, of 11 Cliff St., floor one, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Norwich

    James Motowidlak, 50, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    State Police — Montville

    Daniel P. Ferris, 60, of Worcester, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding over 70 mph on a limited access highway and drinking while driving.

    Allen R. Bates, 51, of Plainfield, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the correct lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Waterford

    Xavier Aaron, 19, of 34 Cape Ann Court, New London, was charged Friday with unauthorized manufacture or sale of drugs, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    William Clark, 51, of 1 Ferri Drive was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to grant the right of way and evading responsibility.

    Andrew Scovish, 42, of 10 Wilson Ave. was charged Saturday with driving with suspended license.
