    Stacey L. Richardson, 27, of 38 Hooper Ave., Apt. 21, Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kevin M. Bentley, 26, of 54 Rope Ferry Road, No. C56, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Anne M. Santoro, 33, of Carolina, R.I., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a minor, failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

    Keith I. Ellis, 39, of 112 W. Broad St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Wallace J. Fauquet Jr., 60, of 81 Pawcatuck Ave., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with emergency calls.

    Christopher D. Hilbert, 19, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 18A, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with second-degree reckless endangerment and sixth-degree larceny.

    Samuel Rivera, 22, of 24 Coit St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to have minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
