Norwich — The 10th inning featured the most action of the game.

Tied 1-1, the Lowell Spinners scored three times in the top of the inning to lead 4-1. The Connecticut Tigers, however, scored two in the bottom of the 10th to pull within 4-3 before hitting into a game-ending double play.

Keaton Jones and Jose Zambrano doubled for Connecticut (31-32) in the 10th and Will Allen added an RBI single. Allen had two hits and Ryan Castellanos pitched five innings and allowed just one run for the Tigers.

Tate Matheny and Mitchell Gunsolus had RBI singles in the 10th for Lowell (34-33).
