Tony Horton to lead workout in Westerly

Westerly’s United Theatre will present a free public workout with Tony Horton on Wednesday in Wilcox Park in Westerly. Horton, a Westerly native, is the creator of the popular fitness program P90X. The hour-long workout will begin at 6 p.m. (rain date is Thursday at 9 a.m.). Participants can register at unitedtheatre.org/tonyhorton.

On Tuesday, Horton will offer an exclusive workout session for 40 people on the platform of the United Theatre. Tickets are $250 each and can be purchased online or by calling (860) 705-3037. Proceeds benefit the United Theatre’s renovation project. The theater is at 5 Canal St.
