Phillip E. Fletcher, 24, of 94 Paul Revere Road was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, threatening, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Whitney M. Theriot, 24, of 107 Benham Road, Apt. 5, was charged Thursday with second-degree making a false statement.

Alexander M. Rodriguez, 21, of 38 Cottage St., Oakdale, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Matthew J. Rodriguez, 19, of 38 Cottage St., Oakdale, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Angela S. Murray, 39, of 185 Boston Post Road, No. 8, Waterford, was charged Thursday with second-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

Constance V. Konyves, 71, address unknown was charged Friday with speeding, driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Rashawn Vargas, 26, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Friday with being a fugitive from justice.

Yuseika Y. Camargo, 26, of 15 Learned St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
